New Professionals are defined as those with 3 or fewer years of service. New Professionals are encouraged to apply for  the New Professionals Annual Conference Award. There are four (4) awards available, each worth a total of $325 to be used for conference registration. Those applying are asked to hold off on registering until award notifications are sent out.

VENUE & HOTELS

WACE 2025 will be hosted at Harveys and Harra's Lake Tahoe Hotel. Room block rates are $98 per night for both Harveys and Harrah's when purchased through the links below (Group: S04WAC5). The WACE Annual Conference & Expo 2025 group includes complimentary resort free and complimentary self parking and valet fees. Valid for Stays 04/01/2025 - 04/13/2025.

Both hotels have casino floors, fast and delicious bites at casual and world-class restaurants, bars, cocktail lounges, stores, pools, spas and salons, and fitness centers. Hotel amenities also include high speed internet access, EV charging stations, business centers, and accessible parking and hotel rooms. TRANSPORTATION FROM RENO-TAHOE AIRPORT

RENO-TAHOE AIRPORT

The Reno-Tahoe Airport is located 55.8 miles from the venue. The drive can take anywhere from 1 hour and 5 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes depending on traffic and route.

WACE attendees are encouraged to take the I-580 S followed by Hwy 50. Attendees can also access the venue via I-580 S or NV-431 W.

Ride shares like Uber or Lyft are estimated to be between $100 and $150 one way from Reno-Tahoe International Airport to Harveys and Harrah's.
